A Outer sheath
The outer sheath, also known as the protective sheath, is the outermost layer of the power line sheath, this layer of outer sheath plays the role of protecting the power line, the outer sheath has strong characteristics, such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, resistance to natural light interference, good winding performance, high service life, material environmental protection and other characteristics.
B Inner sheath
The inner sheath, also known as the insulating sheath, is a layer of material between the shielding layer and the core of the cable, usually polyvinyl chloride plastic or polyethylene plastic. It is an indispensable part of the middle structure of the power line. The main use of the insulation sheathing, as the name implies, is insulation, to ensure the safety of the power line, so that there will be no leakage between the copper wire and the air, and the material of the insulation sheathing should be soft to ensure that it can be well inlaid in the middle layer.
C conductor
Common transmission conductors are copper, aluminum wire and so on. The conductor of our power line is usually copper wire. Copper wire is mainly the carrier of current and voltage, the density of copper wire directly affects the quality of the power line. The material of the cord is also an important factor in quality control, as is the amount and flexibility of copper wire.
